Great Paint...inaccurate color guide

Bark brown should be a brown with very little red to it. I even called the info line and was told it was a very dark brown, with the least red. Actually, the color is a med brown with alot of red to it. Since it's pricey even before shipping, I'm giving it only 3 stars. Covered ok, but 1 can was not enough for our gas insert.

I have been wanting to paint my fireplace screen for years and was afraid I would ruin it or the paint would chip off and it would look awful. But, I used Stove Bright a couple of months ago and it looks absolutely gorgeous! The finish is perfect and it doesn't chip when I move the screen back and forth. I would highly recommend this product if you would like to overhaul a brass fireplace screen, like seemingly everyone in America has.
