Hello,
I'm writing to thank you for screwing me over for every future Christmas. Don't worry, it gets better!
My mother lives in the middle of the woods here in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. She heats exclusively with wood heat and would haul wood from the wood pile to the front door with one of your garden carts, which is parked outside the front door. Then she would make the trip from the front door to the stove with basically a small modified hand cart. Last Christmas when I was shopping for her I found a nice little wood cart on another site and bookmarked it for this Christmas since I already had plenty then. My mother is hard to shop for and her birthday is 12/26, so year round when I find something she might like I'm quick to pay attention. This year with it being so warm she didn't start dealing with fires until November, but almost immediately I started hearing how much her back was hurting from picking up the wood and putting it all the way to the ground to put it in her indoors
cart. Then when she got to the stove she would of course have to pick it back up from ground level and lift it into the stove, which is about hip height. I was smug until I took another look at the cart I'd picked out. It also had the wood at ground level! Of course I'd waited rather late, since I thought I knew exactly what I was ordering, and having a retail store myself, Christmas is very busy. On 12/17 after many a google search and looking at more wood carts than I would think was possible, I found the Super Chuck. I went over and over this decision, since other than a few other small things, this was her main gift and I wanted it to be perfect. I placed my order that night and crossed my fingers that there was some way it would arrive in time. It shipped on the 20th, and arrived on the 21st. My best friend came to help me put it together and immediately he was lusting after it. Christmas morning I draped the cart in a sheet with a big ribbon around it, and rolled it into my bedroom. When the gift giving was done, mom got up to get something in another room and I quickly rolled the cart back out under the tree. She was blown away. She loves it so much and was really excited to see the company name, since she knows what good products they make. All day Christmas I'd find her looking at the cart and just shaking her head in amazement. She took it home that night, and the next day I got a call from her. "I LOVE my new wood cart! I just used it for the first time and it's wonderful!" Over the next several days I got more calls like that, as she used it more and appreciated it more and more. At a dinner party at her house the following week she made everyone come look at and admire it. One of her friends excitedly said, "oh, and you don't even have to bend down to put wood in and out of it!" Mom proudly replied, "that's why she got that one for me!" I received major 'good daughter points' from all of her friends who were impressed with how well I listened and paid attention to what she needed. Several of them asked where I got it and may be ordering their own carts.
Last week Mom told me that it was the best gift she's ever received. Again I say what I started out with. Thank you so much for screwing me over for every future Christmas. There's no way I can ever find her anything else to come up to that, if the wood cart is the best present she's received in 57 years. Next year I think I'll give her a card that says, 'Remember last year when I gave you that great wood hauler? You're welcome.' Thank you from my Mom and from me for this great cart. You got me major points, and have helped her live warmer and healthier for many many West Virginia winters to come.

Hi Rob,
I want to thank one of your employees, Marvin for all his help. Marvin was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. He’s also a very good salesman. My intention was to inquire about the popcorn popper, and I ended up dishing out almost $1,100 instead. Seriously, I have spoken to or visited several local stores, and not one of them knew the product lines the way he did. I provided the fireplace opening measurements, and he did the rest. Had I tried to order this stuff without his help, I would have definitely ended up with the wrong sizes. Also, I appreciate he was honest enough to tell me the gas log starter kit I had just purchased, would probably not work with the Cozy Grate Fireplace Heater. Thanks to Marvin, you’ve gained a loyal customer. I will be purchasing from you folks again in the future.

I want to let you know about an outstanding customer service experience I had with your representative Danielle Cochran.
I called your 866 toll free number because I ordered a hammock and stand, and when I received the order I realized that the stand was too long for the hammock. The stand I purchased was shown on your website as the correct accessory to the hammock. Danielle recognized this mistake and proceeded to be calm, pleasant, and reassured me that she would rectify the problem with my order.
Danielle took the time to let me know if various options I had (choose a different hammock or stand) and was able to find a stand that fit the hammock I purchased perfectly through research with the manufacturer.
Danielle called me back several times to follow up with the status of my new stand, and gave me the tracking number for it. Then, she arranged to have UPS pick up the incorrect sized hammock stand at on inconvenience to me.

Something needs to be said about actually how easy it is to clean your chimney with the proper equipment, especially when even the best quality equipment is more economical than having a "Sweep" come a couple of times. The whole project takes about two hours max. The hardest part of the job was putting the tubes together for the first time. Better to use a wrench than to try and do it by hand. Live and learn. The quality of this particular brush is outstanding and the tubes, because of their flexibility, can probably be assembled all at once, rather than adding as you go down or up the chimney. Down seems easier than up. I think I will get a nice top hat now that the mystery has been revealed.

We received the SkeeterVacSV5000 yesterday. Had it up and running by 7pm. The mosquitoes were so thick we could hardly stay there long enough to get it turned on. They were swarming it. Picture taken this morning at 8 am, 13 hrs later show how many have been caught. Yesterday our dog was afraid to go outside to go pee. We had to put her winter coat on that we’d sprayed with Cutter’s to keep them away from her. This morning we could actually stand outside with her while she quickly ‘went’. I know we have a lot of mosquitoes to go, but it has already, in 13 hours, made a dent in our mosquito explosion. We have been a prisoner in our home for the past 7 days. Thank you so much for a machine that is performing well beyond our expectations. I will tell everyone we know about the SkeeterVac and the wonderful service we received from you.

I bought a Liberty Plus about 3 months ago and had problems from the very beginning. It would not stay on. At first I thought I had done something wrong and spent the 1st month changing the propane tank, going though the manual and restarting it. Finally, I called Northline Express and talked to Danielle. She was very helpful and friendly and told me she thought it was the batteries. She had
some new batteries sent to me. I charged the batteries for 24 hours, installed and had to leave town. When I returned, the Liberty Plus was blinking red again. I called back and this time I talked to Cathy. She also was very friendly and helpful. In short, the first unit I had would not stay on. Both Danielle and especially Cathy tried very hard to fix this by sending me things to try. I finally told Cathy that I wanted to return the unit although I really did want it to work. Cathy said that she would refund me the total cost. I thanked her and again said that I sure wished I could get it to work. Cathy called me back and said that she would send me a new one. I returned the bad one and received the new one about a week later. It has been working since I got it. Cathy has called back to check if everything was working. This is by far the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received in years. Both Danielle and Cathy showed both pride and expertise in the equipment that Northline Express sells. This is very unusual in today's world and I really appreciate this. They are both a credit to Northline Express. I would like to thank both of them for their effort and finding a solution to my problem. They were a real pleasure to work with them and Northline Express.

Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the 5SA-1243. The house
is situated on the north side of a hill. When the wind came from the south,
we would have to shut down the wood stove due to smoking. I installed the
cap last fall, and we have not had a problem since. Also, the chimney is cleaner! I guess because of the Ventura draw.

I received an email verifying the receipt of the grate and that the refund had been issued. The new
grate did arrive on Friday and was put to use that same night. A great improvement! (pun intentional!)
