I bought Rutland stage three from you, and it does work well. I am careful about application. Creosote built up at the top of the chimney reducing the size of the opening and created smoking when the stove was opened downstairs. The stage three has broken up the restriction considerably, and I will reuse again to finish the job.

Stage Three transformed wet black tar-like creosote into a dry thin film which was rather difficult to remove. Stained my aluminum roofing too! I works just like it says it does.

I was extremely pleased with the TSR creosote remover product. It exceeded my expectations!! One comment - before applying the creosote remover for wood stoves to neutralize the TSR I would recommend a water wash of the chimney of the chimney interior.
