Weber Barbecue Grills
In 1952, an employee of Weber Brothers Metal Works came up with the idea of welding two buoy halves together to make a barbeque grill. This invention consisted of a cooking bowl and a lid with holes in the top so the cooking fire could get air so it wouldn't be smothered out. He named his invention "George's Barbecue Kettle". His creation was demonstrated at mom-and-pop hardware stores across the country and ever since then, Weber has been advancing with the times and creating ground-breaking barbecue grills that are among the best on the market today.
