gets the job done
It helps move heat from one room to the next and the high and low setting help with that.
Nice little fan
The fan is compact and quiet. Definately moves the air around the house. I have two of them in two different doorways and the back rooms are noticeably warmer than without the fans.
A great little fan
I love this fan and especially the fact that there are 2 speeds. It really does the job of moving the warm air into the next room.

The fan is noisy, less so on low setting, but still bothersome. It does move air.
Exactly what I wanted
The high heat from our wood burning stove adversely effects our grand piano and takes a long time to get to the room where we spend most of our time. The fan reduced the heat in the piano room significantly and balanced the temperature throughout the downstairs.
Regards the sound - I am very sensitive to the sound of motors and was pleased that the fan is much quieter than I was led to believe by other reviews. We hear it but it is not annoying.

It seems to be doing the job I bought it for. It is a little noisey.
These little fan pack a powerful punch and have increased temperatures in the upper floors of my house by 3-7 degrees.
The fan worked just like I hoped. Now I am able to bring all the warm air the oven creates in the kitchen and share t in the living room. Set up was a breeze. I am so very satisfied to have found this fan. The two speeds make this fan a better idea.

We were so glad to find one of these fans. We just moved in to a house that had one, but had no idea where to order a new one. We are very pleased with the purchase we made. It does every thing we hoped it would.
Its a bit noisier than I would like, but does move the heat I think. I would purchase a different quieter fan if I had the choice. It seems to move the heat.
This is the second doorway fan I have purchased. Because I use wood heat in winter, this fan blows warm air from one room to another. Northline Express shipped this item very quickly and it arrived in excellent condition. Would do business with them again.
We are pleased that the fan is a sturdy, very easy to install, robust little machine that, despite it's small size, makes a diffence in the temperature of the room that didn't get enough heat from the woodstove before, being separated fromt the stove room by a doorway.

A nice little fan. It moves quite a bit of air for its size about 5 x 5and has 2 speeds which is nice. It is a little bit noiser than I thought it would be but it is in the far corner of the kitchen so its not a major problem.

Can't believe how one little fan can move so much warm air... it works exactly as we hoped if not better.
Is a little on the loud side, but it's a soothing white noise, no rattling or anything, and the amount of air it moves makes up for it.

The fan is effective - but is louder than I would have hoped.
I really like the fan. I think it does a great job pushing the warm air into the back bedrooms. I wish it had a timer on it though.

Last one of these I bought was 20 years ago. This is so much better even my wife is happy. Got it quickly at a good price and it works. What moor could you ask for?
Fan works well. Seems to move a fair amount of heat. It is easy to install took minutes. It is a little louder than I hoped
Not too loud, quieter then the fireplace blower. Moves air fast, noticeable temperature difference in adjacent rooms when ran.

Product can move air but found it to be a little loud. It's a toss up of move more air or more quite.

Excellent! Product and shipping was exactly as promised!

The fan was mounted too close to the protective cage and as a result struck it each time it was turned on. I had to finally break one of the circular members of the housing to stop it from happening. After that adjustment the fam performed quite adequately.
