Excellent Product

We are extremely happy with this fan. We heat with a woodstove and have used other fans to move the air to the other end of the house. This is the first one that is truly quiet. And it works! It is highly recommended.

This fan works!

This fan is quiet and I can quickly see the temperature rise in the back hallway. I wish I had purchased it several years ago. The fan I previously had was loud and spun so fast it cooled the air.

Great Little Fan !!

This fan is very quiet. Despite the small size it moves a lot of air. I use it to push heat into a far room away from the wood stove. It helps the room to quickly come up to temperature.

Great value and great performance

The fan is very quiet and is not even noticed after awhile. Don't let it's small size fool you, it reaaly moves the air in a room. We use it to move hot air from our back room where the woodstove is to the front of the house and it does an excellent job. Since it is made of metal and not plastic and I am expecting to get years of service from this little fan.

We installed this fan in the doorway going down the hall to pull some heat towards the back rooms. It has helped alot in keeping the back rooms warmer. We would purchase this fan again.

I purchased 2 Super Quiet Fans to move warm air from my living area to my bedroom and bathroom. They are working out well for me. If the tv is off and no other noise I can hear the fans running, but it is such a soft noise that I don't even notice it unless specifically listening for it. I would recommend this fan to anyone who needs to circulate their air more.

We bought 3 of these little fans and wow they move amazing amounts of air! Our cast iron stove is at one end of the house and these fans move hot air from one end of our house to the other. The fans mounted easily and runs quietly. The look is simple basic black, it may be nice if they were offered in white also. The price is well worth this small mighty appliance.

My son-in-law wanted a quiet, reliable fan to move air from the woodstove area to another part of the home. He did not want a white fan, and I wanted it to be metal and super quiet as it would be close to sleeping and tv areas. He's delighted with the air movement, quality and quiet. The slight hum from the fan is only noticeable if there is no other noise in the house. Otherwise it's white noise at the most, and that helps the baby sleep. This was a last minute Christmas gift and it arrived quickly despite holiday shipping crunch - in time and delivered to my door. Very happy with the product and your service!

I used the fan in a boot and glove dryer that I built. I thought that the fan was going to be underpowered but it dries 2 pair of gloves and 2 pair of boots nicely overnight.

Very happy with this very quiet and effective fan. Put one on the floor to blow cool air towards my pellet stove and one on the top of the doorway to blow the hot air out to the other rooms. Work effectively and quietly and I am able to disassemble and clean them easily, unlike the noisy plastic and dust-collecting EntreeAir fans that I had bought at the Home Depot. I still have two of those on my other doorway and can really hear the noise difference between them and the SuperQuiet. As soon as the Entree Airs break, I will replace them with 2 additional SuperQuiet fans. I highly recommend this product and I applaud Northline's efficient customer service, fair pricing and the request for input. Others's testimonials helped me decide to purchase these fans and I hope my testimonial will be helpful to another customer.

The super quiet fan lives up to it's name it is in deed super quiet. Stand under it and you still can't hear it. We purchased 1, then purchased 2 more since we were pleased with it. We hung them from each room opening in order to move the heat from our pellet stove from one room to the next. Without a doubt they help.

The fans were easy to install and they do the job as advertised. The one curious thing about them is that they appear to have been designed for the electrical cord to be wired directly to the fan. There are pass-through holes for this, and the plug-in cord provided doesn't fit neatly around the fan.

This fan moves the air all right, and it is well made. The long cord is a plus. It's not as super quiet as I expected it to be, though. You have to be careful about how you mount it: anything that you rigidly attach it to could re-radiate the vibrations. It would work best if you mounted it to something very dense and heavy, especially if you have the means to isolate it mechanically. Simply screwing it into something means that it will transmit its vibrations into that something, which can then become a loudspeaker which transmits those vibrations as audible noise.

We do not have registers in out back living room. The furnace is in the Laundry room off the living room and the fan is in the corner of the doorway and when the furnace goes on it pulls the heat into that room and it is toastie warm...thank you

Have had the fan in operation for over a month now....it is VERY quiet....you have to put your hand in front of it to make sure its OFF!!! Does a great job of circulating hot hair from my free standing gas heater in our finished basement....fan was place at ceiling level directly over heater to get the trapped heat moving....believe me....it MOVES it. These are quiet, but powerful, just what we needed to move warm air from the room in which our pellet stove is installed to the back of the house, where the bedrooms are. The only suggestion I can make? I wish they came in white with white cords instead of black, so they would blend in better with our decor.

This fan is indeed very quiet. The fan on my pellet stove is much louder and when it's running I am not able to hear these fans. I installed them in the doorways to move the warm air from our dining room to the kitchen and living room respectively. They do so well and as previously stated, they are very quiet. Unless you're standing right next to it, or directly infront of it, it can be hard to tell if it's on.

It is so much quieter than the other door fan I bought from Home Depot. It moves just the right amount of air. It is so quiet that I forget sometimes to shut it off in the morning.

I put one in the upper corner of the door and the other one I bought will just sit on the floor pushing cold air into the room, the perfect set up.

My online purchase experience was excellent. The fan arrived a week after ordering via UPS Ground, even with winter storms closing the interstates for a couple days into Washington state. It was exactly as pictured and advertised, with a slight motor hum about the same as one of our 5-paddle ceiling fans. Most of the noise generated by the air movement, but overall a pretty quiet fan. Recommend the company and this product without reservation.
