Made with a silicone protectant, this fine stove paint is rust resistant and resists scratching and marring. Tested to 1200 Degrees. One can covers approximately 15 square feet.

Fantastic product, easy to use!

I recently installed a wood burns ring stove unit in my house after a remodel. The unit had been sitting out side for several months and began to who signs of rust/ discolorization. The old color was a faded bluish color. Now it is a brilliant sharp black that stands out! All my guest comment on how nice my "new" stove is! I still don't tell them it's the same ole stove that the house came with in 1995 :)

I used the paint to put a new coat on a Jotul woodburning stove with an original matt paint that had rust spots due to heavy rains that brought humidity down the chimney chute.
The paint application spraying was a breeze no dripping and I had no problem achieving an even coating. The paint dried quickly though I did not use the stove before a couple of weeks later.
There was no paint smell when the stove was first used something I had been a bit concerned, and the paint appearance barely changed after the stove was used for several hours at high intensity. If anything, there was a very minor drop in luster with the paint becoming a tad matter.
Overall, I'm totally satisfied with the product.
As far as the purchase itself was concerned, it was also easy and the product arrived within the time-frame in which it had been promised.

So far so good. The point on the inside of my gas fireplace as not started to peel. Maybe I found the right product here.

This is the best stove paint I could find. Nothing else even compares. I could not find anything else that even looked good on a wood stove. I used it to paint a Blaze King Classic wood stove and I am very satisfied.

Painting the inside of our fireplace black did wonders for the look of it. Flat black was a good choice for that.
