Works ok, but difficult to lift on and off stove. Requires gloves on both hands and care to be sure grip is on bottom and not just lid.

This steamer is very beautiful and heavy duty. It holds two quarts. The design is very woodsy and goes well with our soapstone stove. The inside of the bowl is enameled, but the lid is not. Not sure if the lid can be cured like cast iron cookware. It was well worth the money.

Great steamer - looks good on the stovetop insert we have and keeps the humidity pumping out!

Love it! It has made a huge difference for improving the dryness in the air! Plus it looks great on the woodstove! I've gotten lots of comments from friends and family.

Very nice. Only complaint is that the inside of the cover should have the enamel too. But other wise giving off alot of steam and easy to refill with its large holes.

I wish there was a 3 or 4 quart steamer. We have a wood burning stove and wouldn't mind a larger one. We love this. It definitely helps to put humidity in the air! Thanks

Looks great sitting atop the wood stove, and moisturizes the air well.
