Doesn't work well with electric log splitter
Our 7 ton electric log splitter just isn't powerful enough to split a log 4 ways. This would be a great wedge for a more powerful gas log splitter but really is more of a chore with the splitter we have because when it doesn't split the log you then have to try to remove it from the log. Don't get me wrong....we love our splitter. It does great for our purposes. This wedge just really doesn't help. It would probably do well with very small logs to cut into kindling but really not worth buying just for that.
