They shipped me bad product
I ordered two identical Roof VentGuards at the same time. Two guards were shipped: one guard was correct in every way; the other guard had bad warps in three of its four mounting flanges. Since the cardboard boxes they came in had NO dings or dents, I have to believe that the company manufactured a bad vent guard, packaged it, then shipped it to me. Two separate vent guards -- one good, one bad. I hope it wasn't made in America. John D.
