Cracked Heatilator "Firebrick" liner
I heat with Heatilator fireplace lined with (roughly) 22" x 18" x 3/4" "firebrick" plates. These tend to get major cracks when carelessly tossing in logs. I use this to repair (I MUST have this product on hand for seasonal repairs). Works GREAT. I've tested & intend to "cast" new plates with this. NOTE: Bursh, vacuum & water spray bottle clean before applying. Moisten before application & Protect areas where "drips" possible. Sets QUICK ! Push into cracks from "Hand mortar board" using small trowel. LIGHT water spray to keep MOIST during "hydrating / curing process (every 1/2 hr for 6 hrs Min). WEAR dust mask, gloves, safety glasses. DO NOT let get in eyes, on skin. DO NOT clean tools in sink or let this product get in your house drain pipes!
