    Each bag is 300 cubic inches bags of Missouri Hardwood chunks (3-5 pounds total depending on species and moisture content.) The chunks are 1.5-2.0" in size, perfect for any smoker type or size. They're heat treated / kiln dried to stomp out any critters or mold.

    Peach is used for any meat, especially ribs, fish or chicken. Sweet, smoky, and woodsy. Typically mixed with non fruit hardwoods.

    The Chunks are perfect for low and slow smokes over charcoal fires. These chunks are dry and dense, no need to soak them (that's for chips.) If you have a gas or an electric smoker, or you like to add smoke when grilling, best to use the chips instead.
