Description

The HomeSaver Pro Stainless Chimney Cap has a clean, stylish design that will protect your home and enhance chimney draft no matter what type of fuel is being used. Aside from an attractive design, the HomeSaver Pro Cap features a 100% 304 stainless steel build right down to its pointed, slotted hex-head set-screws. It is surrounded by an 8" high, 18-ga., 3/4" mesh screen to prevent animal invasion and a hand-finished rolled edge. The HomeSaver Pro Cap is finished with a one-piece base constructed with weld nut technology to prevent stripped threads.

I think the product is excellent quality

"I think the product is excellent quality. However, the shipping was not the best. There was no packing in the box. Two of the stainless steel mounting screws came out of the cap and I only found one loose in the box. There was an approximately 4 inch hole near the bottom of the box and I guess the screw fell out during shipment. I was very surprised the cap wasn't damaged with no packing material and the condition of the box material. However, the cap wasn't damaged and I was able to find a screw replacement at a hardware store. Thanks for the order."
