"Correct size for my stove. Got plenty of elbows to complete the job."

Wood stove pipe replacement

"After considerable research, Northline was the only one who had this elbow in a 5"""""""" dia. Size. Our house was built in 1977, which we presume was when the Jotul stove was installed. Finding a part from 45 years ago was quite the challenge. I should have specified the outer diameter, but I was able to crimp it enough to force it into place. I have used the stove once since installing it and it works just fine. The amazingly inexpensive price sure beat the $2800 that the chimney sweep wanted to replace the whole apparatus."

Not sure yet until i physically view item replacement fromsever winds damaging ladt ine?

"First of all I'm a lighting contractor who specializes in small or large commercial retrofits. I started buying from this company in Dec 2020. My first few little orders went through with no issues and the product was great. When I started buying bulk is when things turned dicey. I ordered (1000) 4000k tubes on two separate orders. I ordered these for (3) large commercial projects. All (3) projects were being installed at the same time and by three different electrical contractors. From day one of the installation I started receiving complaints about the product. The complaints were all the same """"""""Kelvin"""""""" temperature (color of light from the tubes) are all different. I was like that's impossible, after doing this for 10 years I've never had that happen. Sure enough all 3 of the projects looked horrible. My guys did the best they could trying to match the Kelvin from fixture to fixture but it was still horrible. I was so embarrassed to even look at my customers made me feel awful. I contacted Lightup and after a week of going back and forth they agreed to send me other tubes. But that only happened after another lighting contractor called and complainted about the same issues. So I finally received the replacements (that I had to pay for first) and my guys started changing them out. The differences was the first order was double ended but the new ones were single ended. So I had to literally pay DOUBLE for the installation. I was assured that this was a fluke, that they stopped using that company and was sending all of the defective tubes back. Between all of that I had already ordered and received around 800 of builders pack 15w tubes, these tubes were 5k when they came in and everything seemed good. About 1 month after installing (480) on one project the contractor asked me to stop by he said the customer was having issues. I went there and they couldn't get half the tubes to all turn on at the same brightness. I tried everything, I swapped them out for the same kind two times. But they problem was still there. So I totally changed tubes to a different manufacturer and they all worked perfectly. So here I am with (260) tubes that won't work correctly. I figured that I would try them on my next project and hopefully they'll work normally. I WAS WRONG. I tried them on a different project but the same thing happened. I had a few large projects coming up and I knew I'd need a few thousand tubes. So I went back to there website and I was checking thing out. I ran across these tubes and I did some research, checked them out and they looked really good. They would operate 3 different ways single and double ended plus plug and play, DLC listed, great lumens per watt and the tubes looked great. The price wasn't bad and I knew I would need at least 1000 tubes on two projects that I had starting so I order 40 cases of these tubes. I bought them thinking I was getting a good quality tube at a great price. I received the tubes and my electricians started installing them right away. After only the first case and half of tubes being installed I received a few unhappy calls from my electricians. They said that they started noticing the tubes are different colors, some seem to be warm white, cool white and daylight. All the tubes said to be 4000k on the box and the actual tube. I had them keep installing and to pull out all of the off colored tubes. Out of the 1000 tubes I would estimate that 3/4 (750) were different kelvin temperature. And it wasn't like it was 3500k, 4000k or 5000k and you can just find the right color and match them together. These are all different. I contacted Lightup, the person I spoke with said she's aware of the quality issue and they are trying to pull all of them from their site. She said she's had many complaints so far and this was a new product that they just started carrying. I explained to her my issues and she understood. Well now we're going on 2 weeks and I have asked for an RMA so I can send back all of these defective tubes and I'm getting ghosted. I've emailed and emailed and emailed everyday sometimes 2 times a day and the only help I get is with canceling a order that was supposed of gone out a week and half ago. I personally wouldn't buy anything from this company, I truly believe they sell items that the manufacturer doesn't want yo carry any longer, or maybe they are items that didn't pass quality control checks. Like I said I've been doing this for 10 years now, I've ordered probably 100k tubes or more in that time and I've never had anything close to this happen before. And now with this company at least 3 times with big orders there's been huge issues. I started using them to save a little money, but to he honest it's probably cost me double of what I would've paid because of the additional labor. Not to mention my reputation is now in question, people expect good quality products to be installed. So do yourself a favor and stay away from Lightup. com and Online Stores. Not only is the product sub-par but the customer service is even more of a issue. I would send a email on a Friday and by Tuesday I would be emailing again and still no response. The only response I would maybe get is someone saying they'd have to give the complaints to another dept who will never call u back. I blame myself for buying from them, after tge first few issues I should've stopped order from them all together. But I really thought it was a fluke, I never thought they were actually buying rejected items, low quality items or discontinued items and reselling them."
