Description

Custom Size Heaters cannot be returned nor exchanged. Please verify your measurements before ordering. This unit is a custom size.

Fireplace Heater was developed to dramatically increase convection heat (hot air) coming from your fireplace. The unique design of this grate heater super heats the air within the exchanger tubes to over 500'F and will produce up to 50,000+ BTUs of heat, enough to heat a large room or two. It fits into most fireplaces and has a limited one-year warranty. The FHK Heater is easy to install; simply assemble the blower on the tubes, seal it with the supplied silicone sealer and set into your fireplace.

The FHK Hearth Heater features heavy heavy-gauge aluminized steel tubes for long life. Its unique design still allows it to work during power outages by converting heat naturally through the tubing and into your home. The blower is connected to the grate by means of a flexible tube, which allows the blower to be positioned in front of the fireplace opening. Measures: 20-1/2" High, 20" Deep, 33" Front Width, and 25" Back Width.

Blower fan noisy

"I got the 7tube with blower fan and fan speed regulator. The regulator does not seem to work and is on high all the time."

Customer Service return NIGHTMARE

"I recently purchased a 7 tube fireplace heater. It was very well made and delivered in a timely manner. The shipping box was very beaten up. I tried 3 times to get a fire going in my fireplace, each time my house was very smoky. For some reason the blower was not compatible with my chimney. I called Northline and asked about returning the unit. I was advised that I was still in the 30 day time limit and was given instructions regarding returning the unit. I asked if I would be charged a restocking fee? I was advised that if I paid for return shipping charges and the unit was not damaged there should not be any charges. The unit was shipped and was delivered in good condition, the shipping cost was $92. 00, plus $9. 00 for a shipping box. Their box that was sent to me was in disrepair. I was later notified that my original purchase price was $1241. 19 and that I was going to be reimbursed $798. 75. I was advised that I was charged a 15% restocking fee, another 15 % fee for not returning it in their box and their original shipping charge to me for a total $442. 44. This was shocking to me considering I was told there should not be any charges. This is the biggest ripoff that I have ever encountered in my life. Their website says SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Buyer beware, when you are dealing with a company that does not tell the truth. I tried to give them a no stars rating but they won't allow you to give them a NO stars rating. It will show up as a one star."

"Replace the lights that went out. Same lights"

Walter V. (5/5)

New house old cap happy I found it here.

"They were perfect to drop in a basement ceiling with very limited space. They replaced homemade lights that were mounted in ceiling above. They are very bright and the customer liked the idea the color could be selected."
