Pilgrim 28.5'' Steel Bar Fireplace Grate

Pilgrim's 28.5" Ember Grate is constructed of a heavy gauge, expanded metal that is welded to the cross bars for strength and durability. It has a 6" clearance to keep a good draft under the firewood, and holds the embers on the grate for a hot, complete burn. It's the tallest grate Pilgrim offers. A center leg helps to prevent sagging due to heat and the weight of the firewood. An electro-forging process produces a well-fabricated grate that is made to last . This grate has 8 bars and measures 28.5" Wide in the front x 24.5" Wide in the back x 17" Deep.
