Came Damaged

"I spent a lot of money on this and it came damaged. You would think that you'd want your items packaged correctly in order to arrive to their destination without issue. Unfortunately that was not the case. The nose of the sun was severely shaved due to not having any sort of protection. The package had a hole exposing my shaved nose sun. I emailed the company but got nothing in return. Upon looking at their return policy, you have to save refuse the delivery/save packaging/may be a restocking fee etc. I just decided to deal with it even though it still irritates me. Had this been a good experience, I would have upgraded our grate, screen and tools but since have decided to spend my money elsewhere."

I ordered this along the a pair of Adams fireback feet. . .

"I ordered this along the a pair of Adams fireback feet and it fits perfectly in my zero clearance box. With a new fire going when the flames are ripping its somewhat obscured but once I get a bed of coals going and the flames are kept somewhat smaller the sun is highly illuminated and looks fantastic. Have had nothing but compliments from people that have seen it going. The fast delivery tied it together for an A+ experience."
